Regarding these potential concerns, here are some thoughts & remarks:

STEM education needs to be even more skill oriented and more open for conclusiveness from a broad array of scientific fields, while for the future working environments for space sciences, there is a need for a more scientifically multidiscipline convergence, dealing with complex issues for the exploration of space.
