A DCMotor is rotating. How does the FEM produced by variation of magnetic flux affects DC current introduced in the wire to make the DCMotor work?

A DCMotor is rotating by introducing a DC current that causes the movimentation of electrical charges and then a torque. But now the magnetic field flux is changing because of the torque, so it is generating FEM. How does this FEM affects DC current introduced in the wire to make the DCMotor work?
