Start Engineering: A Career Guide
http://start-engineering.com/career-guide/

Updated09/26/2017

Designed for middle and high school students, this booklet provides practical information on engineering professions, schools of engineering, how to obtain scholarships, and the starting salaries of a variety of engineering professions.

Start Engineering: A Career Guide is a series of short, richly illustrated stories about the work that engineers do, including a dancer whose prosthetic limbs enable her to compete in Dancing with the Stars, strengthening the nation’s fresh water infrastructure to better prepare for future droughts, creating the special effects behind such movies as Avatar, and designing high-tech sports equipment.

This is one of several publication available from Start Engineering, an organization that aims to: "inspire and engage children from elementary school through high school about engineering. Our books and learning resources aim to teach children about the crucial role engineering plays in their lives."
